Healthspan is the amount of time that you live free of disease which can cause impairment and disability. Healthspan is the amount of time that you are alive that you are healthy and can enjoy all the things that you do. Lifespan of course is the time you are simply alive, measured from the time you are born to the time that you die. Follow the guidance on this site to improve your chances of living a long healthspan!
