About Me

I am a 71 year old physician who has been living a very healthy lifestyle for the last 15 years. My mission is to share information that will help you live longer and live better. To do so you must intentionally change the way you live your life each day. Knowing what to do is easy, doing it is hard but I will help you be successful.

This is my favorite aerobic exercise which also helps relieve stress!

My Favorite foods!

I start almost every morning with organic steel cup oatmeal with unsweetened cranberries, blueberries, cinnamon, with a dollop of almond butter. Healthy and delicious!

Occasionally I will have egg whites, home fries and dry whole wheat toast. High protein and tasty!

Salads are my favorite! This one is made with lettuce, celery, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red peppers, plums, olives, pistachio nuts and a seed craker!
